Information we collect

To create and deliver your personalized song, we collect: the details you enter in our questionnaire (such as the recipient's first name, your relationship to them, occasions, memories, and any message you choose to share); your email address; and, optionally, your phone number. When you purchase, our payment provider collects your payment details (we never see or store full card numbers). We also automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and usage analytics to operate and improve the Service and to prevent abuse.

How we use your information

We use your information to: generate your song; deliver it to you by email and on our website; process your payment; provide customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; measure and improve our marketing and the Service; and comply with legal obligations. The content you provide is processed by third-party artificial-intelligence services to write lyrics and produce music.

Service providers we share data with

We share data only as needed with trusted providers that help us run the Service, including: our payment processor and merchant of record (which handles checkout, billing, and applicable taxes); our email-delivery provider; our cloud hosting and database/storage providers; our content-delivery and security provider; and analytics and advertising-measurement providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.
