How the guarantee works

If you're not happy with your song, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll first try to make it right — for example, by revising or re-generating your song. If you're still not satisfied, we'll issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@melodini.com with the email address you used to order and a brief note about what went wrong. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
